The Wine

White Cerf Volant is a blend of Chardonnay and Tressallier, vinified and aged at the Clos de Breuilly's winery. The grapes come from organic farming (or in conversion to organic farming), and they are grown in the appellation region.

Since 2024, the grapes come from organic local growers.

Before 2024, the vines are located on two plots of the Domaine de la Fontaine: Breux and Les Burliers, in conversion to organic farming since 2021.
